Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement comes into force with the Buyer's confirmation of the order placed electronically via Mohseven.com.tr.

Subject

The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the characteristics, sales price, and delivery of the product/products ordered electronically by the Buyer.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days at the latest, depending on stock availability. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's workload.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
The right of withdrawal is not valid for custom-made products, products requiring hygiene, or opened screen protectors.

Return Conditions

The product must be sent complete with all accessories and its invoice.

Refund

After return approval, the refund will be made within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method.
